Omg I finally got this blog started. Yippee.

I plan to treat this more like a journal than anything, idk what else I could talk about tbh. I also plan to update this weekly. I'm not interesting enough for daily updates >-<

Uhhhhh, I recently got fired for a false allegation of misconduct, and the literal next day, I got a call from IRD saying I owe 1200 in taxes, and my only friend seems to have ditched me for someone who has their shit together. So, my week's been great.

Lately, outside of crashing out, I've been going through the 'unstable SMP' series on YouTube - I keep seeing it on my TikTok feed so I thought, "fuck it," and have been watching that slowly but surely.

I've found myself with an over abundance of time now that I'm unemployed. I fear I may actually die of boredom.

Things aren't great. But hey, maybe this is the low point before things get good. A door closed for me at the restaurant I worked at, (and thank gods for that, I'm low-key glad to be rid of that place, considering how much of a toll that place took on me, mentally speaking,) maybe another one has opened for me elsewhere. Just gotta find it.

The depressing part is, my 21st is late July, and I fear I won't have enough money to properly celebrate it. Here in NZ, 21 is a big milestone birthday, and is usually capped off with weekend benders and once-in-a-lifetime experiences. But now being unemployed, owing 1.2k in taxes and also my rent rising, the peak of excitement my 21st is going to have is filling out job applications.

I don't know, may this next coming week bring some much needed positivity.
